salary: £17-20k depending on experience 
Shift Pattern:  Mon - Fri / 8.00am - 4.30pm 
(however some flexibility may be required around print deadlines)
Accountable to the design manager

We are now 9 years old and have grown rapidly, featuring on the ‘Sunday Times FastTrack 100’ three years in a row (a very rare feat). We have also won multiple awards for our products and work.

To keep our brand and business moving, we are now looking for a Brand Assistant who is incredibly motivated and passionate about engaging marketing and excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Design Manager to create engaging designs and content for both online and offline marketing. Alongside this work, you will help look after customers and ensure that our brand is being effectively displayed in outlets.

This role will be primarily office based with some field based promotional work, so a full driving license is desirable.

The Real Wrap Co are an industry leading Sandwich and Food to Go maker with an excellent reputation. We produce millions of sandwiches a year from 2 manufacturing sites and distribution hubs across the country.

Our focus is delivering high quality food-to-go that pushes flavour and sustainability boundaries. Over 20% of our menu is plant-based and we have just launched the world’s very first Carbon Negative Food-to-Go range.

Job Description:

  • Work alongside the Design Manager to develop finished print materials and content for online and offline marketing in line with brand strategy and guidelines.

  • Improve customer displays with stock and custom designed Point of Sale

  • Assist with the design of packaging, both internal and external printing.

  • Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with customers through visits and support, constantly strive to improve customer experience and consumer journey

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to help improve customer satisfaction

  • Assist with the preparation and attend trade shows and other promotional days

  • Liaising with relevant departments to gain understanding of customer requirements and product knowledge

  • Assist with development of our companies internal signage and overall design aesthetic of our companies buildings.

  • Support with the growth of brand design and overall marketing strategy.

  • Any other ad hoc requirements which will support the growth of the business

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a passion for engaging marketing and brand strategies

  • Knowledge of design and print processes

  • Familiar with Adobe Creative suite, most crucially Adobe Illustrator.

  • Co-operate and work well with others in pursuit of team goals

  • Have effective communication skills (written, phone and face to face)

  • Be well organised and able to manage your own workload independently

  • Be confident to work in a changing environment with a flexible approach

  • Have good time management skills and be prepared to work to deadlines and targets

  • Have a positive can-do attitude

  • Be constantly mindful of ethical standards both personally and professionally


  • Graphic Design/Marketing qualification (or similar)

  • In-house design experience desirable

  • Marketing experience desirable

  • Customer service experience desirable
