Planning & stock Control experience gained within food manufacturing The Real Wrap is hiring, and looking to take on a Production Planner! If you're someone with a keen eye for detail, analytical, and love number crunching, this position is for you. Start date ASAP pending successful interview, full time position, Monday to Friday.

The Real Wrap Co is a fast-paced food-to-go manufacturer. We have been placed on the fast-track top 100 companies for the past 3 years for growth, hitting a run rate of £28M turnover. We plan to grow to £40M in the next 3 years across our sites in Avonmouth, and Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday - 0900 - 1730
Roles and Responsibilities:

Forecast the business production on a 12 week rolling and 6 month forecast.

Plan the production schedule daily across the site
-
Review the production plan verses actual and amend run rate whilst feeding back performance to the teams
-
Review the actual plans verses forecast
-
Lead a weekly planning meeting keeping the business update with up coming activity
-
Assist in developing company ERP system.

Plan out the cooking schedule including contingency plans
-
Feedback material variance reports to production
-
Identification and resolution of day-to-day issues
-
Ensure Production, procurement and scheduling plans are aligned to reflect changes as advised

Ensure the appropriate control and efficient utilisation of raw materials and packaging
-
Monitor & maintain Key Performance Indicators set by your Manager, and report upon as needed.

Attend Daily/Weekly meetings and advise on production situation as required

You will also be expected to provide support for other areas of the business

Ideal candidate:
Ideally, you will possess the following skills and abilities;

Planning & stock Control experience gained within food manufacturing
-
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
-
Experience of working with ERP systems
-
Advanced working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP formulas, pivot tables, Macro etc)
-
Analytical and numerical mindset.
