As a key member of the Real Wrap team, you will be responsible for managing our relationship with key customers and ensuring our customer service is responsive, proactive and above all excellent.

This role is a vital link between our customer service, operations/transport team and our customers. It requires a hands-on approach, seeking to get to the root cause of internal/customer issues preventing great service and implementing change where necessary. In addition, this role is about proactively managing relationships with key customers, visiting them, talking with them and growing our sales and presence in their business.

It will also involve identifying and converting new business opportunities in existing and new customers. This will be achieved through excellent cross-functional work, a desire to win and by being an excellent brand ambassador for the Real Wrap.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide portfolio of reputable customers, from prospect to contracted stages and build strong relationships with them

  • Develop the strategy and direction of the RW

  • Exceed budgeted and targeted sales revenue, volume and margin

  • Completing regular customer tenders & submitting pricing quotations

  • Identify and grow the pipeline of opportunities in key business sectors (existing and new targets). ST, MT and LT opportunities

  • Forecasting & Planning: maintain a pipeline of opportunities and submit sales FC monthly

  • Sales Reporting: Track sales growth and sales retention in key customers on a weekly/monthly basis

  • New customer (onboarding) and new launch activation with customers: Ensure all necessary paperwork and customer setup is in place to deliver smooth launches.

  • Frequent customer visits to retain and grow our sales with customers (new and existing)

  • Promote offerings to keep them relevant and exciting

  • Execute strategic account development plans and support communications of key messages internally and externally

  • Manage effective communication internally and externally to ensure all parties are informed on relevant issues.

Key Attributes:

  • Substantial commercial management and sales experience in a fast-moving business

  • Demonstrable track record of success in CRM, negotiation, profit delivery and innovation

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills

  • Track record of successfully managing projects internally and with customers

  • A “can do and will do” flexible attitude

  • Ability to work through multiple issues quickly and bring to a satisfactory resolution
