Working within Operations you will be primarily responsible for stock and data related information. You will also be heavily involved with supporting the Purchase Controller with day-to-day ordering, tracking and returning of ingredients, packaging, disposables and ad-hoc items. This is an exciting time to join the business, with many changes and plenty of opportunities to progress.
The successful candidate will also be known as our “ERP Super User”. You will be heavily involved with the implementation and rollout across the business. Experience of implementing new systems; rolling out training and offering ongoing support is essential.

Salary: 20k annually
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Other duties will include:

Stock control

Maintain various reports as requested these will include daily weekly and monthly reports

Dealing with general enquiries and general administration tasks

Assisting with the weekly records & organising waste records

Checking purchase orders
-
Provide administrative support to the operations team and assist with the preparation of reports and presentation materials for distribution to the wider business

Ensure that all project plans and documentation are maintained and distributed as required

Help control, monitor and assign PPE when needed

Support with all procurement activities

General document & PO Scanning on a weekly basis

Any ad hoc duties directed by your line manager/ manager
The successful candidate will be able/will have:

Proven success of implementing new systems; rolling out training and offering ongoing support

A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar position

Ability to work under pressure, prioritising and multitasking

Accuracy when inputting data

Proactive, self-motivated with an enthusiasm for learning and a 'can-do’ attitude

A process driven approach with excellent organisational skills and a great eye for detail
