Working in the office area of the company, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the administration of company documents and customer orders whilst delivering a first-class customer service experience.
Full-time / Part time hours (30 per week)
Schedule: 9.00 - 15.00 ( monday - Friday )
( 30 minute lunch break )
Rotational Saturday: 8.00 - 11.00 ( once a month )
Accrued hours given back as time in lieu
Job Description

Processing customer orders

Sending weekly reports to management

Scanning daily documents

Deal with general enquiries

General day to day duties, ensuring smooth running of office

Ordering Office stock

Contacting customers about any potential issues/ changes

Answering inbound and making outbound phone calls

Meeting and signing in visitors to site

Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email

Knowledge:

Upon completion of training period, the successful must have acquired an excellent knowledge of all tasks and procedures that are performed throughout the facility and have an awareness of the impact your role has upon these.

Competent with use of a computer. Excellent Microsoft office skills are a necessary requirement.

You will also be required to learn industry specific software such as RJL.

Be highly competent at accurately completing paperwork.
